All payments are due in advance of the event. Bookings will be held on a provisional basis and will not be confirmed until payment is made in full.

Requests to pay by invoice can be made by completing the online form, but must be made no later that 30 days prior to the date of the event.

We may accept late bookings subject to availability and immediate payment.

Please note: tickets cancelled less than 21 days prior to the event will be charged in full, however they are transferrable to other delegates.
